Q: How many meals are in a single order? A: Each dish contains 3 servings. The typical meal consists of one serving of a main dish and two sides. It works out to be 8-10 meals, lunch and dinner for 5 days. Most of our clients have some fresh fruit or vegetables along with their Vegin' Out meals and have said that a single order usually lasts at least 6 to 7 days. Q: How long will my food keep? A: Since our meals are vegan, they keep extremely well if they're refrigerated after delivery. Almost all our dishes will keep for over 7 days. If you plan to keep anything for over 7 says our meals keep great in the freezer. Please feel free to ask us about any particular dish.. Q: Do you use organic vegetables? A: We use the freshest ingredients we can get, and on average we use 75% organic ingredients. Q: Where do you deliver? A: On the coast we deliver from north to Malibu, south to Palos Verdes, east to Pasadena, and The San Fernando Valley. Some Area may be subject to a $5.00 delivery fee. Q: Do you ship food? A: Yes we do ship food. Right now we ship to all of Southern California from Santa Barbara, to San Diego, and inland to Palm springs. There is an additional $15.00 fee to cover shipping and handling. You can order for shipping through this website. Q: Can I customize my order? A: We only make the 8 dishes listed on the menu for that week. If you don't like one of the dishes you can double up on another. For instance, if you don't like the #2 main dish you can get 2 #3 main dishes. On some dishes we may be able to leave out certain ingredients.

Q: How much does your service cost? A: It is $100 for a single order, which consists of 8 Dishes (3 main 24 oz dishes, 4 side 16 oz. dishes, 1 soup 32 oz.) and 5 vegan cookies, and $180 for a double which is exactly twice as much as a single. You save $20.00 by ordering for two. Every order after a double is $90.00. Q: Are your meals completely vegan? A: Our meals are completely vegan. There is no egg, dairy, meat, honey or calcium caseinate in any of our dishes. Q: Can I get a discount if I refer my friends? A: Yes you can! For every friend you refer you get a $10.00 discount on your next order. Just have them tell us they were referred by you. Q: How often do your menus repeat? A: Right now our menus repeat every 6 weeks, but we are always adding new dishes to our existing menus. Q: Can I lose weight by eating Vegin' Out meals? A: If you follow correct portion sizes of 3 servings per container and a consistent exercise schedule you should lose weight at a controlled healthy pace. The only sure-fire way to lose weight is to take in less calories and burn more. Q: When do I have to place my order by? A: We accept orders all the time. For us to guarantee a delivery on Monday you must call no later then Friday @ 5PM. Q: What do I do if I'm not going to be home at the time of delivery? A: Most of our clients leave a cooler containing ice or ice packs out for us. The cooler should be able to hold about 3 six packs of soda and have enough room for ice. If you do not have a cooler we can provide one for a $6.00 fee. Some clients also give us access to a refrigerator in the garage or in a guest house.
