On November 1st, 2006, Vegin' Out was featured on TreeHugger.com. Many thanks to our good friend Kara DiCamillo, who is part of their international team of writers. TreeHugger.com is a fast growing web magazine, who's goal is to make sustainability mainstream by being dedicated to everything that has a modern aesthetic, yet is environmentally responsible. On Wednesday November 1st Tim Boissy our very own executive chef will be teaching a cooking class on how to make a delicious vegan Thanksgiving meal. This class will be held at The Holy Nativity Episcopal Church located at 6700 W. 83rd St. Los Angeles 90045. The class will start at 6 pm and is open to the public for a cost of $15 per person. We can’t wait to see you all there!

Coming soon to our website is "The Other Guy's Corner". A weekly blog by the only carnivore in the Vegin' Out family. He's quitting the cow (among other things), and going vegan for 30 days.
