The nutritional information for each item on this plan has been reviewed, tasted and approved by our professional collaborators. 400-800 calories per day.
This Plant Based Vegan Cleanse Menu, if follow to it's recommended daily intake portions promotes weight loss and cleanse. You can alternate this cleanse program with our Low-Carb Vegan Meal Plan or follow the vegan cleanse with our low carb vegan meal plan. Your order will have an instruction sheet for you to use as a guide throughout the 5 days and nutritional info.
