You will received a 5-day Vegan Soups and Juice Cleanse on your first week follow by two weeks of our healthy, low sodium, oil-free, low sugar, low carb, well balanced and delicious vegan meals. We use organic produce and other organic ingredients when available. After your 21-Day vegan cleanse and meal plan, you are welcome to continue with our regular vegan meal order and to stay on the healthy side, we can omit the vegan cookies. We offer subscription and non-subscription weekly vegan meal order. Our vegan menu changes weekly so you are not tired of the same flavor.
First Week - Detox/Cleanse:
5-Day Vegan Soups & Juice Cleanse will help jump start your weight loss and detox. After the 5-Day vegan soup and juice cleanse, you will rest for two days to let your body adjust for the low-carb vegan meal plan.
Second Week - Eating Healthy Phase 1:
One weekly fully cooked and prepared vegan meal plan will help you start eating healthy without the hassle. The vegan meals you will be receiving is based on the weekly vegan menu that is posted online.
You will receive 3 entrees, 4 side dishes and 2 soups. Each vegan dish yield 3 servings. The vegan soup has 4 servings. The dishes are not portioned out. You can mix and match the vegan dishes. There is enough food to last for 5 - 7 days depending if you like to take a 2-day break in between the low carb meal plans. This meal plan is meant to be a flexible healthy low carb vegan meal plan with the goal to help you start a healthy eating habit and stay on track on your own or use one of meal plans option after. There are meal plans out there that are more structured and regimented in nature but it might create a burn-out feeling after and often times one would tend to fall back into old eating habits. We will convert all high carbs dishes into low to no carbs. Cookies will be omitted from the order. Just heat and eat our delicious well-balanced vegan meals.
Third Week - Eating Healthy Phase 2:
Continue with your delicious healthy eating habit with another week of fully cooked and prepared vegan meal plan. Again the vegan dishes you will be receiving is based on the given week's vegan menu posted minus the vegan cookies and high carbs dishes will be converted into low to no carbs with the same amount of vegan dishes as described in the above paragraph.
